RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The College of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics declared on Monday the hiring of Melanie Chandler, who spent final period as the women’s soccer head mentor at Schreiner University, as the women’s soccer assistant coach.
